遇到問題、想回報 bug，或有任何建議，可以在 App 內 選單 → 客服與問題回報 留言，或填寫下面的表單。

常見問題

換裝置後進度不見了？: 綁定過電子郵件、Google 或 Apple 的話，在新裝置的 選單 → 帳號設定 用同一個方式登入，就能取回雲端存檔。還沒綁定的裝置帳號只認得原本那台裝置，換機或刪除 App 前請先綁定。
兌換碼在哪裡輸入？: 選單 → 兌換碼。每個碼每個帳號限用一次，請留意使用期限。
朋友邀請我來玩，要怎麼拿獎勵？: 剛開始玩的新手期內，在 選單 → 兌換碼 →「朋友邀請你來的嗎？輸入他的玩家碼」 輸入朋友的玩家碼；做完練習委託後，你和朋友都會收到獎勵。
精靈圖片顯示成剪影？: 那是素材還在下載，連上網路後會自動補齊，不影響遊戲進行。
想刪除帳號？: 選單 → 帳號設定 → 刪除帳號，立即生效且不可復原。不能開 App 的話，到刪除帳號頁申請。

For problems, bug reports or suggestions, leave a message in the App under Menu → Support & Feedback, or use the form below.

My progress is missing on a new device.: If you linked an email address, Google or Apple, sign in the same way under Menu → Account on the new device to restore your cloud save. A device account that is not linked is recognised only on the original device, so link it before changing devices or deleting the App.
Where do I enter a redeem code?: Menu → Redeem Code. Each code can be used once per account — check its expiry date.
A friend invited me. How do I get the reward?: While you are a new player, go to Menu → Redeem Code → “Did a friend invite you? Enter their player code” and enter your friend’s player code. Once you finish the practice requests, you and your friend both get a reward.
Spirits show up as silhouettes.: Their art is still downloading. It appears automatically once you are online, and you can keep playing meanwhile.
How do I delete my account?: Menu → Account → Delete Account. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. If you can’t open the App, request it on the account deletion page.

不具合の報告やご意見・ご質問は、アプリ内の メニュー → サポート・不具合報告 から送るか、下のフォームをご利用ください。

機種変更したら進行状況が消えた: メールアドレス、Google、Apple と連携済みなら、新しい端末の メニュー → アカウント から同じ方法でログインするとクラウドセーブを取り戻せます。連携していない端末アカウントは元の端末でしか識別できないため、機種変更やアプリの削除の前に連携してください。
引き換えコードはどこで入力しますか？: メニュー → 引き換えコード。各コードは 1 アカウントにつき 1 回までです。有効期限にご注意ください。
友だちに招待されました。報酬はどう受け取りますか？: はじめたばかりの新人期間中に、メニュー → 引き換えコード →「友だちに招待されましたか？その人のプレイヤーコードを入力」 から友だちのプレイヤーコードを入力してください。練習依頼を終えると、お客様と友だちの両方に報酬が届きます。
精霊がシルエットで表示される: 画像をダウンロード中です。オンラインになると自動で表示され、そのままゲームを続けられます。
アカウントを削除したい: メニュー → アカウント → アカウント削除。すぐに反映され、元に戻せません。アプリを開けない場合はアカウント削除ページから申請できます。
