Delete your Golden Apple Paradise account

1Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Golden Apple Paradise and tap the menu at the top left.
2. Go to Account → Delete Account and confirm.
3. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

2If you can't open the app

Use the support form, choose the topic “Account” and write “Delete my account” in the message, and include the email you sign in with or the player code shown in the app. We email you to confirm it's you, delete the account within 30 days, and reply when it's done.

3Data that is deleted

• Account (email, nickname, Google sign-in ID), save data and game progress
• Purchase records, support records, gameplay events and crash logs, gallery list
• Friends, block list, camp snapshot, redemption records
• In-game items on the account (removed permanently)

4Data that is kept, and for how long

• Copies in routine backups expire automatically (usually within 30 days); we never restore deleted accounts from backups.
• Transaction IDs and a one-way code used to stop receipts being claimed twice: contain no identity and cannot be traced back to you; kept long-term.
• Support replies already sent and internal notification copies are not deleted automatically — ask via the support form and we remove them manually.
• Generated paintings that contain no personal data may remain in the shared gallery.
